After that we went to listen to other schs, kinda sway that we have to crowd around the pathetic tv to hear hc. i think they were very good, though chen rong said they have screwed up some parts terribly, but still they manage to get their honours. when i listen to vj's yi guan qian gu, i was so traumatised. cos their da ji is DAMN zai, their dizi and suo na's very good, and their gu zheng player is a national champ. i saw guo lao shi conducting vj!!! i was so so happy to see him. =) oh and i must mention that the cello got one very shuai guy, haha. anw only managed to watch up til vj, after which we must quickly rushed back to sch. Came back to SCH at around 3.30pm for the results. was so lucky that we were able to get in. cos they only allow 30 students per sch, moreover we are from the morning session, so chances of us getting into the hall wont be that high. but when previous sch ended, we quickly cheong straight to the door, haha and the ushers didnt stop us. haha. manage to catch aj and pj. anw the judges went for discussion after that, waited for about 45 mins i guess. i was sitting beside hui pang and lynnette. some of the ppl are damn bo liao, they clapped for nothing lar, then we thought the person who are supposed to announce the results arrive le. quite jin zhang actually cos nj was the first sch to be annouced. so one of the judges gave him comments, co standard in s'pore was very good. haha. and he said something, erm according to him some schs play too loud, so much so that they cover up the orchestra, so immediately all of us sort of caught his hint le. cos we were thinking the schs that he mentioned most probably includes vj, yea so we were thinking they might not be able to get honours. hui pang and lynnette damn jin zhang, then they grabbed my hands until so tight, haha damn funny. and when the results were announced, School no.1 national junior college: gold. we were screaming like hell and jumping like mad people. that's not all, later the person said 2 schs were chosen for the opening ceremony on 7th july, then the first sch was hwa chong, then when he said nj's name, i think all of us has gone mad liao. so we started cheering like hell and when we walked past our seats, i can see a whole group of nyjc ppl glaring hard at us. i think they super bu shuang with us. haha. Haha, yea so i think we are the top 2 co, guess we miss by a few marks only, almost gotten honours. kinda wasted sia. and i think vj most probably got third. or izit becos our choice piece is nicer so they chose us for opening, haha i dunoe how much we got, nvm i just take it we got second lar. haha. oh and i realise that out of the 5 schs that were chosen for the opening ceremony (nygh, tchs, dhs, hcjc, nj) 4 of them are in bukit timah lar. wahaha. oh man im damn happy cos got dunman high. which means that i can see guo lao again!! yea and today when we gathered at the foyer after the results were announced, we saw guo lao!! then me, huijing, siasee and yen ping quickly went to look for him. but dunoe leh. just felt kinda bad sekali he thinks that we purposely go and find him to ci4 ji1 him since vj didnt get into the opening. yea but that's not true cos we are not that yin1 xian3 ok. yea so he shook hands with us, he said wo3 hen3 ji4 du4 (cos vj didnt get into the opening) erm then said wo4 dong3 le4. i think he's gonna tell us why nj got in or why vj didnt. but he suddenly cut off his words, like kept us in suspense. then we tried to corner him, force him to tell us, haha. but he didnt. anw he faster walked away le, he said he has to go answer to the vj's principal. felt kinda sad vj didnt get in, cos they are really good, and becos guo lao rocks. we miss him so damn much. So anw after that tan bo yue went to have our sectional dinner. 18 of us man. we went to eat thai express at the esplanade. haha the restaurant was like empty lar. then when the waiters saw so many customers, they were damn happy. haha, so they quickly went to arrange the tables and chairs for us, then stood at the doors to welcome us in. lolz. took photos after our dinner and weilong is damn funny. wahaha, he dunoe how to use his own digi cam. i think some of the tan bo ppl are very lame. haha. gao xiao. took train home with huijing, weilong, xiumin, gay khng and min chao. then the weilong ah, he suggested telling ghost stories, i almost slap him lar. then the juniors were like sharing their ghost stories, then some of them are real-life one. damn scary. :S after which huijing telling ghost stories about those new lifts that have those see through window. then i faster stop her lar, i tell you im damn freaking scared cos my house one is that type of lift. then all of us got so freaked out that none of us dare to walk home liao. haha. Damn tiring, but it's fun. cant believe it's my last syf le. i like the feeling of preparing syf, though it sucks in njco. when you hear your sch's name announced getting a gold or get into the opening, it just felt GREAT. wahaha. hue yue rocks my life and im so gonna look forward to the nhco alumni concert! =D |
